Build what keeps people moving.

Athletic Gorilla is built around movement. We’re looking for thoughtful, capable people who want to help us build a better experience for people who run, train, walk, explore and keep moving.

Small details. High standards. Real ownership.

We believe good work comes from people who care about the details and understand why they matter.

At Athletic Gorilla, our work spans ecommerce, product, customer experience, operations and content. The work changes quickly, but the standard stays the same: make decisions carefully, communicate clearly and keep improving.

You won’t need to fit a corporate mould. We value people who take responsibility for their work, ask good questions and are comfortable learning as they go.

The way we work matters as much as the work itself.

01

Quality That Earns Its Place

We don’t add things for the sake of adding them. We focus on work that improves the product, the experience or the way we operate.

02

Movement for Everyone

Movement looks different for everyone. We keep that perspective at the centre of how we think about our customers and our work.

03

Progress Over Perfection

We care about getting better. Test, learn, improve and move forward instead of waiting for everything to be perfect.

A straightforward place to do good work.

Meaningful ownership

Take responsibility for your work and see it through from idea to execution.

Room to learn

Ask questions, build new skills and learn through real work rather than unnecessary process.

Clear communication

We value direct, respectful communication and keeping people informed when priorities change.

Work that moves

Ecommerce changes quickly. You’ll work on practical problems where good ideas can make a visible difference.

Clear goals. Useful feedback. Keep moving.

01 / CLARITY

Know the goal

We start by understanding what needs to change and why it matters.

02 / OWNERSHIP

Own the work

Once the direction is clear, we trust people to take responsibility for execution.

03 / FEEDBACK

Challenge and improve

Good feedback makes good work better. We discuss what works, what doesn’t and what should change.

04 / PROGRESS

Keep moving

We learn from the result and use it to make the next decision better.

No unnecessary hoops.

01

Application

Send us your CV and a short note explaining why the role interests you.

02

Initial conversation

A straightforward conversation about your experience, the role and what you’re looking for.

03

Role discussion

We go deeper into the responsibilities and, where relevant, discuss a practical example of the work.

04

Decision

If there’s a strong fit on both sides, we’ll discuss the next steps clearly and directly.
