These Terms of Service apply when you visit athleticgorilla.com, browse our products, place an order or use our services.

By using Athletic Gorilla or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. Our online store and checkout are powered by Shopify.

1. Scope and Supported Markets

Athletic Gorilla currently serves customers in:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

Mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country remain unaffected by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently. Customers under 18 should purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use our website to:

  • Commit fraud or another unlawful act

  • Submit deliberately false information

  • Interfere with website security or operation

  • Introduce malicious software

  • Gain unauthorized access to systems or information

  • Abuse promotions, payments or checkout functions

  • Commercially exploit protected Athletic Gorilla content without permission

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, website or services.

3. Products and Availability

Products remain subject to availability, and placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

All prices displayed by Athletic Gorilla include applicable taxes, and supported orders receive Express Free Shipping.

5. Orders

Before submitting your order, please check the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery details, billing information, currency and total amount.

After successful checkout, you should receive an order confirmation.

We may be unable to fulfil an order where, for example:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment fails or is reversed

  • Important order information is incorrect

  • A material pricing or technical error occurs

  • Legitimate fraud or security concerns arise

  • The delivery destination cannot be serviced

  • Fulfilment would be unlawful or reasonably impossible

If Athletic Gorilla cancels an order after collecting payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded without the customer-requested cancellation fee.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Athletic Gorilla provides Express Free Shipping across all supported destinations.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.

Delivery periods are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruption, weather, customs processing, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Cancellations

Athletic Gorilla provides a limited cancellation procedure before fulfilment progresses.

A cancellation request must satisfy both conditions:

  • It is submitted within 8 hours of purchase

  • The order has not entered processing

Where permitted by law, an approved customer-requested cancellation carries a 9% cancellation fee, with 91% of the eligible order amount refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation eligibility ends when either the 8-hour period expires or processing begins, whichever happens first.

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 10 days after approval.

The 9% fee does not apply where Athletic Gorilla cancels the order because we cannot fulfil it.

Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by law remain unaffected.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery.

For voluntary change-of-mind, size or fit returns, products should generally be unused beyond reasonable inspection, unwashed, free from marks or damage, and returned with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes intended for a voluntary return should not be worn outdoors or used for running, training or everyday wear.

For voluntary returns:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

  • No restocking fee is charged

  • Exchanges are available subject to stock availability

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 days after the return has been received, inspected and approved.

Different protections apply where goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described.

9. Third-Party Brands and Intellectual Property

Athletic Gorilla may sell products bearing trademarks, logos and branding belonging to third parties.

Those intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners.

Displaying or selling a third-party branded product does not by itself mean that Athletic Gorilla or MUZAMAL ZAHOOR LTD is sponsored by, endorsed by, officially affiliated with or acting as an official retailer or distributor for that brand.

Original Athletic Gorilla website content, branding, graphics and other protected material may not be commercially reproduced without appropriate permission.

10. Website Accuracy and Third-Party Services

We make reasonable efforts to keep athleticgorilla.com accurate and current.

If a material error affects an order, we will address it appropriately rather than silently changing the agreed transaction.

Our store relies on third-party services for areas including:

Such circumstances may include severe weather, carrier disruption, customs or border issues, government restrictions, industrial action, natural disasters or significant infrastructure failures.

Personal information collected through Athletic Gorilla is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include information used for orders, payments, deliveries, fraud prevention, customer support, returns, refunds, marketing where permitted and legal recordkeeping.

14. Consumer Rights and Governing Law

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies is intended to remove consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Depending on your location, mandatory rights may apply to:

  • Returns and refunds

  • Payment disputes

Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory protection takes priority.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MUZAMAL ZAHOOR LTD in England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections available in the customer's country.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

15. Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

All product prices displayed by Athletic Gorilla include applicable taxes. Customs duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges associated with delivering an order are included in the product price or covered by Athletic Gorilla.

The total presented at checkout is the final amount payable to Athletic Gorilla. Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Athletic Gorilla is not responsible for separate fees independently imposed by a customer’s bank or payment provider, including currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

16. Changes and Contact

Athletic Gorilla may update these Terms when our services, policies, website or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page.

Changes will not normally alter the terms already applicable to a completed order except where required or permitted by law.
